 Meet Vanessa Tanner, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist 


Who Is Exercise Physiology For

  • Chronic Health Conditions Helping individuals manage any condition including diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, and more through tailored exercise programs that support long-term health through movement.
  • Recovering from Injury or Surgery Whether it’s a sports injury, post-operative rehab, or everyday aches and pains, we create progressive plans to restore function, prevent re-injury, and build resilience.
  • Older Adults Improving mobility, balance, and independence while reducing the risk of falls and age-related decline.
  • Disability Support (NDIS) Providing long-term care plans and empowering clients with physical and intellectual disabilities to move well and feel strong.
  • Veterans (DVA) We support veterans with DVA-approved exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Referrals accepted with a valid D904.

How We Work With You

In-Person Sessions with Online Support
Personalised rehab and training in our private gym in Applecross, plus app-based guidance to keep you on track between visits.
