Join us for an Intervals session at George Burnett Park in Manning every Monday. You'll complete a group warm up, some running drills, and then we'll partner you up with somebody of similar fitness to guide you through the session. Finish at approx 7:30pm after a light cooldown.
First session free and then $10 a week.
This 45 minute fitness class helps teen's build strength fundamentals in a safe and secure setting. Help your child improve in their chosen sport or simply build a healthy training habit.

Strength for runners built by runners. This 45 minute group strength class is a targeted lower body session to help you improve in the key area's runners need. Stay injury free and RUN STRONGER.
Our FREE social runclub meets every Wednesday morning at 6:20am for a recovery jog followed by Breakfast at the Kerbside Cafe. Multiple groups for all levels of fitness.
